Pumping waste water and/or rainwater

This pumping station allows water to be collected in a tank so that the pumping station can discharge it.

A complete range to meet your needs

Pumping stations must comply with various standards with regard to both construction and performances.
For this range, the maximum flow rate is 30 m3/h for a 14 m water head.

 Operating principle

The pumping station is switched on/off according to the water height in the tank (water levels are detected by ball floaters with switches or by pressure meters).

 With 1 pump

Water rises in the tank up to level 1, the level detector triggers the pump, water goes down to level 2 and the level detector stops the pump.

 With 2 pumps

The pumping station works on the same principle, but the level detector alternates the pump starts, 1st cycle = pump 1; 2nd cycle = pump 2, etc... Where one of the pump is faulty or where the input flow is in excess of the flow rate of the on-duty pump (level 3 reached), the level detector will trigger the second pump.

The non-return valve is a device that prevents backflow of the water present in the discharge line.
